From Austin, there are two great ways to get to Boerne. The scenic route runs west on Highway 290 for 28 miles to Henly, then southwest on 165 for 16 miles to 281. Follow 281 south for 22 miles to Highway 46. Head west for 21 miles and you're there! The highway route runs south on IH 35 for 45 miles to New Braunfels, then west on Highway 46 for 29 miles and you've found Main Street Boerne! |
